In Stephanie’s first international debut “Butterflies & Guitars” she tells her story about growing up in a violent home full of abuse, danger and other unhealthy things, going of track as a teenager, and becoming addicted as an adult and mother. Now, embracing her sobriety and hoping to finally break the cycle of her family horrors, she’s publishing the poems she wrote to get through the days. Poems about abuse, trauma, addiction, recovery, love, heartbreak and other subjects.

These days she is an recovering addict, a loving mother, and an everyday fighting beautiful soul. Who understands that dark days come with silver linings. It’s when she writes, that truly then, she can fly away.
